Eclair Chocolate

material:
  • 125 cc water
  • 70 gram butter
  • 60 gram flour
  • 15 gram cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 grains eggs
vla fruit:
  • 250 cc liquid milk
  • 50 gram sugar
  • 1 grains egg
  • 20 gram cornstarch, disolve in little water
  • 20 gram red cherry, cut in small dice
  • 20 gram green cherry, cut in small dice
  • 20 gram raisin
how to make it:
  • boil water, butter, and sugar until the butter melt and boil
  • put flour, and cocoa powder mix well, lift
  • after cool, put eggs one by one mix well
  • put dough in triangle plastic bag which were has star syringes
  • prepare pan, spread with butter
  • syringes dough until 4 cm, stack all dough until full and give the distance
  • roast in oven until cooked and dry surface
  • vla fruit: boil liquid milk, and gulapasir, stir well. take 1 / 3 batter, mixed with egg yolk, mix well. enter into the original mixture, cook until done
